Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of numbness in teeth and gums post a self injury which is due to damage of nerves and vessels present inside teeth and making them vital. Now there seems to be rupturing of these nerves and blood vessels.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit dentist once and get complete examination done. You should go for IOPR( X-ray of anterior teeth region) done and start treatment accordingly. You should go for root canal treatment to make teeth vital and go for nerve regeneration therapy.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
