What Causes Numbness In Sides Of Head And Forehead After A Facial Injury?

F I fell and hit my face and part of my forehead all yesterday had to have my 7 stitches across my eyes under my eyebrow my forehead above that and scalp on that side of my head all the on the top of it almost all the way back to the crown or numb is that normal and will it go away

Post traumatic numbness of sides of head and forehead are caused by injury to nerves,. If nerve is not cut completely it eill recover if nerve iscompletly cut in two parts it may not recover.Plastic could do better. The
