Mt son fell off his bike 3 days ago hitting his head on a wall and was knocked unconscious. He was taken to hospital by ambulance and looked over and sent home some hours later. His right side of his face is a right mess and his eye is black and blue. He is now complaining that the right side of his face is all numb. What could this be

they are accumulation of blood and sipped into same layer of conjunctiva. They must have taken scanning which should have been normal. Can give anal gesic anti inflammatory. Further treatment is not required. He will be normal in few days.
