What Causes Numbness In Fingers While Recovering From Chikungunya?

I had a severe case of Chikungunya in late December and well in mid January 2015. I have already experienced the arthritic aches and pains that my doctor treated with a small dose of steroids which I was only on for one month and that definitely helped. Now I am experiencing a great deal of numbness in my fingers...is this numbness also related to the Chikungunya?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of numbness is not due to the chikungunya infection but could be nonspecific one and this would come around just wait for some time and no need to worry about it, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
