Hi,

Few conditions might result in the above symptoms. It may be trigeminal neuralgia, migraine or a cluster headache & few other.

I advice you to:
- Take tab. Gabapentin
- If not take analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol & Triptans
- Relaxation & Stretching exercises
- YOGA
- Local heat on affected areas
- Also to have a consultation with a ENT specialist & ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
