Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

The numbness over the nose and teeth may be due to injury to skin- could be a hematoma (Bleeding into the tissues) or could be due to injury to the nerve. I would suggest you to visit a doctor if your numbness is not improving in 48 hours.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. VIjaykumar, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
