What Causes Numbness In Arm, Lips And Neck And Chills After Smoking Meth?

Hi, today i smoked a little pot and today my effects were different from normal, it wasnt a high at all. My head just didnt sit right at all. A couple minutes later my left arm and the left side of my neck started to feel numb, I thought nothing of it because I didnt want to work myself into an anxiety attack or whatever. After I regained feeling my bottom lip started to go numb, then my earlobs, and now the sides of my jaw, not fully numb but enough to notice. I think its related to a construction incident, when an exposed wire for a garbage disposal touched my forehead just above my left eye. I felt extremely cold after that, and ever since that incident Ive never been the same, or at least I feel that way. What could be wrong with me? Ive been to the ER recently for other stuff and was diagnosed with sinusitis, been on Amoxicillin for 5 days. Went back like 2 days ago and another doctor and he said I had fluid in my ear. And the wire Incident happened about 8 - 9 days ago. Please help, Its starting to annoy me alot, and Im starting to think i was misdiagnosed
