What Causes Numbness In Arm Along With Slurred Speech?

i have symptoms of numbness at night in my right arm plus tingling all thru the day. i also have vision problems when is get a bad headache or migraine. i usually see a black spot in center if my vision but can see around it. this only happens on my left eye. i also have problems withremembering & mixing my words up. can you please point in a direction to research possible issues & how to deal woth these symptoms? i m a 35 yr old female

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have numbness in arm along with slurred speech. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine headache , anxiety disorder , stroke , medication reaction or side effect or alcohol intoxication. I would suggest you to consult neurologist without any delay fr proper examination and treatment. Doctor may order CT scan and MRI of head . Doctor may prescribe betablockers frusamide , vasograine along with other treatment . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for problem like stroke . For now take proper rest , stay calm and do no exert your body .
