What Causes Numbness And Weakness In The Left Arm?

I think I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I have weakness in my left arm. My trapezoid is sore and tired and my left triceps is achy. My left forearm is numb and my left index and middle finger are tingly. My neck feels fine now but I am suspecting that it stated there. All last year I had golfers elbow on my right arm and I m thinking it is the same cause now. Is this a pinched nerve? Will I gain my feeling back?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

Most cases of pinched nerves go away on their own. Stretching exercises may also be very helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
