What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Right Hand?
my pinky on my right hand feels numb and tingly in the last couple days , not my hand just the pinky and the finger next to it little bit, down the side of the pinky mainly. i am healthy 54 year old, do not take any thing and no problem in any area , all regular check ups are excllent
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Tingling sensation what you are experiencing in hands could be due to following reasons: 1. Vitamin deficiency. 2. Calcium deficiency. 3. Cervical disc compression due to cervical spondylitis. Kindly supplement with multivitamin capsules along which contains vitamins like Thiamine, Vitamin B12 and Pantothenic acid, which are essential for peripheral nerve functioning. Also, supplement with calcium by medication and consume calcium rich foods. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms. If the symptoms does not subside, you need to take x-ray of the neck and consult Orthopedician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. Hope the information provided would be helpful.
