What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Legs With Mild Edema?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. For about 4 months I have experienced numbness and tingling in my lower legs and toes accompanied by mild edema in legs and around ankle. I weigh 118lbs and I am 5'0. No history of other medical conditions except anxiety.

Today, as a homework assignment, I took my pulse. resting HR was 119 for carotid, apical, radial, and femoral. However, I could not find a popliteal, or dorsalis pulse.... I also noticed a strange purple honeycomb pattern on the leg I had not rubbed lotion on ( it was dangling from couch). NOTE: my legs are very sensitive and pitting lasts 30-60 seconds. I also bruise very easily, and I see traces of a bruise from more than 6 months ago.

Can anyone help? Point me in the right direction to obtaining a proper diagnosis?
