Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tingling and numbness in fingers can occur due to various reasons. Most common reason being vitamin deficiency. Vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 deficiency are most likely to cause tingling and numbness. I suggest you check your blood levels for vitamin B12 and D3. You better take medicine which has vitamin B12 in high dose, eat fruits, green leafy vegetables, and have sunbath for at least 30 minutes in a day. You can also consult a physician for your complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
