Hello and welcome to HCM,
Numbness, tingling and burning sensation experienced after surgery is probably due to injury, compression or irritation of the nerves during surgery.
Recovery of nerves may take variable duration of time depending on cause of symptoms.
Symptoms experienced at distant site from the actual site of injury is probably due to referred pain.
It is difficult to predict the exact pathogenesis of the symptoms.
A clinical assessment by your surgeon is required to determine whether the symptoms are due to surgical procedure or some other cause.
Management will depend on the cause of numbness, tingling and burning sensation.

Thanks and take care
