Hi,
After going through the symptoms of weakness, numbness in arms and legs and pains, I have come to the opinion of a possibility of vit B12 deficiency.
Due to Vitamin B12 deficiency she might be having anemia leading to weakness. Neuropathic changes also occurs which are responsible for numbness and pain.

She needs to take Vitamin B12 supplements, initially in injectable form for reducing symptoms and later on in oral form.
Meet your doctor for prescription. She should able to appreciate her health changes within a week after the first injection.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
