What Causes Numbness And Burning Sensation In The Chest And Left Arm?

Hello,I am from Bosnia.I have during 10 years unusual feeling in left arm...numbness, t ingling and strange feeling of burning through veins.It holds during all day and sometimes every 2,3 hours.The same symptoms are in left chest at the back,I am heavy smoker...please help
