I had a panic attack in Tuesday evening, and the next morning as well. The morning of the panic attack I could not speak until about 10:30 a.m. and was very weak. For the next two days I could not speak very fast or loud. On Friday I felt very faint and sat down and felt my body slightly numb all over and could not really move or talk too much. I just felt like I needed to relax and sit down somewhere until I could feel better. My blood pressure was normal and my insulin as well. Not sure if that was related to my previous panic attacks earlier in the week or what.
