What Causes Numbness Above A Surgical Incision On The Abdomen?
I had open surgery with a liver resection, gallbladder and large gallstone removal, lymph nodes, some of the stomach and small intestines. I had primary cancer in deodenum and secondary neuroendocrine liver tumors. Is it normal to have a sensation like numbness above my stomach near incision site after this type of surgery and will it eventually go away. May 27th will be 2 months since my surgery. I appreciate your time and advice. Thank you so much.
