General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have no sperms in the semen and the testes are underdeveloped.
The Andrologist says that the blood reports for hormones are normal.
Hence the commonest reason for this occurrence are:
- Mumps in childhood
- Trauma in childhood
- Congenital problem
Yes this condition is not curable.
If you are getting married you can go for adoption of the child.

General Surgeon Dr. T Chandrakant's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
It is very true that if the testis are hypoplastic meaning underdeveloped, they can not produce the sperms.
For production of the sperms the testes need to be healthy , in the scrotum and in healthy position.
The production of the sperms is a very intricate mechanism and needs different stages of maturity.
Well accept the fact and tell your would be wife that you can not have your own babies, you may need adaption.
