ok. i cannot have a bowel movement at all. I have tried and exhausted all possibilities. I am on a liver cleanse which seems to be working. but i know in time it will know longer work. I believe i somehow have lost my peristalsis in my colon. every day i juice with fruits & vegetables. for supper I eat plenty of vegetables. I feel i have no other option. I am so worried. I don't know what to do. Please help me. thank-you
