What Causes Night Sweats, Dizziness, Nausea And Hair Fall?
I am 30 year old female. For three months i am having night sweats, during the day i a keep getting dizzy spells, where i feel like i am going to pass out. i get a hot flash my heart races and very nausea from it too. It has gotten worse in the last week and now my hair is falling out more. I know women shed but it is falling out more than usual. What is this??

I would recommend you to do some tests to check the thyroid function and your health in general.
These tests would be TSH, FT4, CBC, ERS, etc.
The doctor may decide on other tests examinations as well.
