What Causes Night Sweats And Palpitations While On An Iron Supplement?

Male, currently taking Iron tablets and B12 for the last 5 days and now having sweats and light palptions at night same sensation like an allergic reaction to animal fur etc, (chest slightly tight), i am a cardio patient having 2 stents 14 month ago, taking cardio, bp tablets, beta blocker, all of that is fine with no problems.

So far as symptoms narrated here, it is in concern with cardiac conduction related or anxiety underlying; but not due to iron supplementation.
