Hi,

These are the symptoms of discomfort and restlessness due to heart problem. Get your boyfriend to have a thorough cardiac check-up. He should get CBC, Urinalysis, Lipid functions, ECG, Echocardiography, MRI, CT done to rule out any developing cardiac pathology. He needs to be physically examined, evaluated & get treated at the earliest.

In the meantime, let him abstain from oily food, creams, trans-fat oils, dairy products. He should take boiled, home made food. Do regular exercises, abstain from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
