What Causes Neck Pain And Head Tenderness After An Injury?
Yesterday evening, I slipped on bleach on the tile floor and slammed my head into the tile. Not two minutes later, my nose began to bleed and I had trouble sleeping last night due to neck pain and head tenderness. I m unsure if this should be seen by a doctor or not.

It is a head trauma. Usually it needs some time for the body to recover but it should be better every passing day. If not, I recommend to see your doctor for probably further follow up.
