Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum. As per your clinical history it appears that you are having inflammatory neck lymph node swelling common after upper respiratory track infection during seasons change. If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Antiseptic Mouth Wash , anti inflammatory , analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination . Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks.
