What Causes Nausea,vomiting And Diarrhea?

My mother receives kidney dialysis three times week. She recently developed A-Fib and was put on cumadin and takes Toprol to keep her heart rate down. She developed a hematoma from the declotting of her graph and she had a new port placed in her chest. She takes Metadine to keep her blood pressure up during her treatments. Recently she started developing severe bouts of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea during the treatment and afterwards. Can you tell me what might be causing this to happen?

Thanks for your query.
Note the history about your mother undergoing kidney dialysis thrice weekly, developed A-fib and is on Coumadin and Toprol, developed hematoma, developed nausea, vomiting and diarrhea; wants to know the causes.
It all depends upon the color of the vomit and stools as well as other vitals and condition to know whether this is secondary to the medical conditions or due to bacterial infection.
I would advise Her the following:
Get the stool tested and the blood for infection.
She may need a proper antibiotic and symptomatic as well as supportive treatment.
I would say, admit her as the conditions can deteriorate very fast due to pre-existing medical kidney and heart conditions.
