What Causes Nausea,shortness Of Breath And Headache While Standing?
Two previous times while i was standing in the shower for a long period of time i started getting nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, severe headache, fatigue, and started to feel like i was going to black out. I wanted to know what this could be and how i can teat it. Thank you for your help. God bless .

First of all, you should do some investigations to exclude a heart disease such as : ECHO on your heart to measure Ejection Fraction, CBC, Lipid profile and measuring blood pressure.
Then you should examine your inner ear function with a specialist in his/her clinic.
If you take an illegal drug, drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, your condition can be snowballed.
The results of the investigations can help us diagnose your condition correctly.
