What Causes Nausea,dizziness And Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen?
I have had nausea with weakness, dizziness and pain in left side of my abdomen since I woke up this am. I REALLY feel ill! Had blood work done yesterday at my doctor's but have heard nothing on it yet.

This can be due to gastroenteritis and get a course of an antibiotic completed.
Get ultrasonography and other tests of urine and stool too.
The treatment will cure you nicely.
Watch for if you have bloating , constipation or loose motions .,
