What Causes Nausea With Altered Sense Of Smell And Fluttering In Lower Abdomen?

I'm an 18 year old girl with generally good health. I'm about 5'4" and weigh around 115. I never get sick but I do have mitrol valve prolapse and an irregular heartbeat but it's never a problem. Yesterday I had nausia and any type of distinctive smell would just make it worse. I've felt the same for most of today and now I have a strange feeling in my lower abdomin almost like a fluttery feeling. Should I be worried?
