What Causes Nausea With Abdominal Bloating And Frequent Urination?

Hi I have been having really bad nausea for about a week now it is so bad that I cannot even sleep. Sometimes I do actually vomit but most of the time its just really bad nausea. The odd thing is the only way im able to get sleep is to sleep on my right side. Other symptoms are bloated tummy frequent urination and nausea. Please any advice would be helpful. T.l.A.

your symptoms are suggestive of GI infection. May be a good poisoning.
It is advisable to consult a local physician as antibiotic can be required. Also maintain adequate liquids and nutrition.
