What Causes Nausea, Tiredness, Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea While Having Crohn S Disease?
Hello, I have Crohn s disease but the past 5 days I ve been experiencing bad nausea, tiredness, cramps, diarrhoea, bloating but loss of appetite. I m not sure if I m pregnant, I last had sexual intercourse 5 weeks ago but I do have the contraceptive injection. Im hoping it s just a bug but I may have to do a pregnancy test to be on the safe side. Help!

First you need t take a pregnancy test. The injections are fairly safe but do rarely fail resulting in a pregnancy. It could be a virus but it could also be a flare up of your Crohn's disease. See your doctor if this does not resolve soon. Regards
