What Causes Nausea, Stomach Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

family all has nausea , stomach pain, fatigue and no appetite . we all came down with it today . we all went to family members house for dinner but other family members outside of our home do not suffer from any of these symptomes.....can you please help!!

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since the whole family has the problem of nausea, stomach pain and loos of appetite after dinner at another house the cause is obviously at the food and/or water/ beverages that your family consumed.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool and blood tested.
This will give an idea if there is any intestinal infection that has caused these symptoms in all family members.
Use boiled and cooled water and homemade foods only.
Plenty of oral fluids and water to maintain hydration.
It is possible that some of the members can have exaggerated symptoms and thus may need medical assistance in the form of evaluation, examination and investigations to get an appropriate management with an antibiotic active against intestinal infection.
