What Causes Nausea, Stomach Cramps And Headache?

Hi I m a female 53 , I should give you a bit of my history first, I am a diabetic on landis once daily and I have been checking my sugar and it seems fine. I came home last night from a friends feeling a bit nauseous , I didn t throw up I also had some heart burn so I took a tums and felt better, I went to bed and through the night had some cramps in my upper stomack all day I have had them I checked my sugar and am fine, I woke up with a head ache behind my eyes and took an Advil and went to bed not feeling nauseous but cramps hot and cold and feeling tired my teeth even hurt like ache my face almost feels swollen but I don t think it is I feel alright other than that, do you think I could have another problem?
