What Causes Nausea & Heartburn While You Are Pregnant?

I am 7 months pregnant. Have had the following symptoms for 4 days: moderate to severe nausea (vomited once), heartburn (feels like I have a burning ice cube stuck in my throat), faintness (no loss of consciousness). Symptoms are more acute and intense than usual pregnancy symptoms. Baby moving normally. Someone suggested gall bladder issues. Should I get medical help, or wait a few more days?

See, in pregnancy, because of hormonal changes, oesophageal reflux is more.Which leads to more of acidity and heart burn. If u will not eat properly, because of nausea or ur B.P is low, then u can feel tiredness or sometimes as if u are fainting. U Shoud consult doctor, as these symptoms can be easily treated to a great extent with antacids.
