I ve been having breathing problems since May of 2015 and I ve went to the doctors but they said my lungs and everything is normal and okay. today I was in the shower and felt like I was about to puke so I sat down for 5 minutes and then stood up feeling a little better but 5 minutes later it looked a little dark in the room and I felt like I was weak and was going to faint so I got out of the shower, kneeled over the toilet and thought I d puke. but I never vomited. also I ve been having head aches the past few days. any suggestions why I m feeling this way and what the problem is?

Reading what you prescribe ..and the doctor dont found any problem ..i think that this situation can explain as neurotic problem with low blood pressure and give you a nausea and anksioz situation..with breathless ..etc.For me its time to controll your emotional situation becouse the stress is a most important factor for this simtoms in a healthy person.You have to controll how you sleep . or to put under control work hours ..maybe and some anksiolitic medications My regards!
