What Causes Nausea, Headache And Breathlessness Without Being Involved In Physical Activities?
Hi - I have shortness of breath with no physical activity, feeling of nausea, slight headache that has been going on since Friday. I thought it was an inner ear issue given it started after seeing a 3D movie as it gave me the same feeling as being on a merry-go-around.

in my opinion this could be just a gastric upset as physical activity is minimal. I would suggest you to increase activity, some sort of exercise. avoid hot and spicy food. eat at least 3 hour before going to bed. further more you can tak omeprazole tab empty stomach. if you doesn't feel good , vistar some physician nearby to get yourself checkup.
