What Causes Nausea Followed By Dizziness And Fainting?
I was in the bank line the other day - felt sick to my stomach and light headed - the next thing I knew I was sitting in a chair with people assisting me - I passed out - the night before, I had the same symptoms, along with my wife saying that I was white as a sheet.

Fainting or syncope need proper evaluation. This may be caused by harmless condition called vasovagal syncope. However we need to rule out few serious conditions related to heart or brain. So better to be evaluated and examined for it.
