What Causes Nausea, Fatigue And Urge Incontinence?

I have been feeling nauseous, threw up on Saturday. Very fatigue and feverish. Also I ve been feeling like I have to urinate all the time but not much comes out. The area where I pee from gets kinda tingly and just an uncomfortable feeling after I pee. My regular minor aches and pains have severely increased. This morning there was blood in my urine. Also my insides between my chest and abdominal feel very uncomfortable. What could this nw? Should I go to the ER or maybe an urgent care clinic?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You might be experiencing these symptoms due to a urinary infection. You will need to have a urinalysis and urine culture to identify the bacteria causing it and the antibiotic that might be helpful.

Meanwhile, you will need to drink plenty to wash the urinary system and help improve the infection. At least 3 liters of water a day but as much as you can the better it is.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
