General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you need to do a couple of examinations in order to evaluate your situation. A total blood count needs to be done also chemical balance of blood also an EKG and a heart ultrasound. Your doctor will evaluate your situation.
Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
