Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of nausea, dizziness and lower sharp abdominal pain which seems to be due to disturbance of electrolytic balance of body leading to acute gastroenteritis. Need not to worry. Nausea and dizziness can also occur due to Er problem , so also consult ENT specialist if condition doesn't get well . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like omeprazole along with loperamide. You should take tablet pantoprazole once daily before breakfast and take tablet ranitidine three times a day. You should eat light and non spicy food. Avoid intake of outside food. You should eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. Take oral rehydrating solution as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
