What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Delayed Period After Taking Postinor-2?

Hi. I had unprotected sex since my last period but he did not came in me. On Wed, i was supposed to start my period but i had unprotected sex again. The condom broke and i ate postinor 2 on wed itself. My period is 4 days late today. And for the past couple of weeks, i had dizziness and nausea here and there. Should i be worried? My periods are regular. Am i pregnant?

I understand your concern.
Postinor 2 is an emergency contraceptive pill. What you have done is right thing by taking it as the condom broke to prevent pregnancy.
What symptoms you are experiencing of dizziness and nausea could be due to side effects of the pill itself. These would subside once the bleeding starts. Increase the quantity of fluid intake.
There is actually no delay in your periods.
The pill would cause withdrawal bleeding as your periods anytime within 3 weeks from the day of taking the pills.
In case you don't get bleeding within 3 weeks, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
