Hello,

You may be developed acute gastroenteritis with Upper respiratory tract infection. Avoid cold drinks, freeze water and use water vapor inhalation with salt water gargle thrice a day for five days.

Take Montelukast and Levocetirizine drugs once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
