What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?
I have been told by a Gastroenterologist that a Nissan wrap I had 32 years ago has come partially undone. Thus the pain in upper abdomen. Since I saw him a month ago I have moved. Involving a lot of work and lifting were involved. I m worried that I may have made matters worse. I am continually, nauseous. have diarrhea, and abdominal pains. Could this ever become serious?

As per your history, it may be due stomach infection.
For that you may require antibiotics after consultation. Along with that you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis after consultation.
Take hygienic food and water. For vomiting you can take tablet ondensetron, electral sachet.
