What Causes Nausea And Vomiting In The Mornings?

I am consistently feeling nauseous in the mornings and have vomited in the mornings. If I eat right away in the morning I feel like I am going to throw up. I think it is because of drainage from my sinuses into my stomach at night?? Last year I had a sinus infection with similar symptoms but this time it has been going on for quite a while now. Thank you.
