Hello,

Vomiting and dizziness after a concussion is not a good sign and needs further investigation. It is possible that you have an internal brain injury which is causing your symptoms. You need to get a CT brain done as soon as possible to diagnose any internal trauma. I would advise you to get yourself checked by a neurologist as soon as possible to avoid any complications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
