What Causes Nausea And Vaginal Spotting While Trying To Conceive?

My boyfriend and I have been trying become pregnant over the past month my stomach has become firmer and is now slightly above my hair line. I have been nauseous a lot and my breasts began to grow but Jan 17 I had a light period for two days and today have some spotting

I will discuss your symptoms one by one.

-Uterus is a pelvic organ, which can be palated per abdomen only after around 10 weeks of pregnancy.
-Breast tenderness and some amount of engorgement can be seen in early pregnancy and also in premenstrual period also. Some women may have nausea in premenstrual phase.
-Spotting can be seen due to hormonal imbalance and also may be implantation bleeding. So, just by symptoms we can not come to one conclusion. Please go for urine pregnancy test once to find out the possibility of pregnancy.
