What Causes Nausea And Vaginal Spotting Despite Using Nexplanon Implant?

Hello, I am currently on the Nexplanon implant. This is my second time having it. Recently I have had unprotected sex and I have some symptoms that worry me. I have been very nauseous, had cramps, spotting, discharge, bloating and I have been lightheaded. The entire 3 years I had my old implant plus the few months I have had this new one, I have not had these symptoms until now. Are these symptoms of the birth control or could i have a chance of being pregnant? Or could it even be endometriosis? (my family has a history of it)

In case one gets pregnant with this implant in the body it will be ectopic which is a medical emergency. some of your symptoms come under side effects of implant which needs medical attention.it is better you immediately consult your gynaecologist immediately who will decide the required line of treatment after physical examination.
