Generally about an hour to hour and half after I eat I begin to feel nauseas, sweating and I need to sit down and rest. I have been keeping a log of my blood sugars and they are in the normal range. I am eating fruit and cheese between meals and still experience the same symptoms as after a meal. I'm tired of feeling bad.
