My period was a week late (usually it will be only 2 days late) and I ve got period yesterday, so iam not sure whether it is relevant with the pain iam receiving. thank you for your help

Hi
Thanks for writing in.

The symptoms you describe don't seem to be related to your period if you previously have had relatively pain free periods.

From the sound of it, you most probably have gastritis. I would suggest you to take antacids and eat light for a day. Drink plenty of cold water and eat yogurt based food. I would advice you to stay away from sodas, fried and fatty food as a habit. This should hopefully solve your problem.

Hope this helps! Please feel free to write back for any more questions that you may have.
