What Causes Nausea And Stomach Ache After A Head Injury?
Hi. I recently fell on black ice injuring my head with a laceration that required 2 staples. I felt completely lucid afterward and virtually pain free. I developed aches all over after several hours(I.m 62) that mostly went away after 24 hours and a routine of 1000mg of Tylenol. A low grade headache continues ,, but I m mostly concerned about a feeling of nausea and stomache pain that seems to be getting worse. Could the Tylenol be the cause? Also I just don t feel like myself, kind of ditsy. I feel that I probably have a concussion. (I have had them before). Do I need further medical attention?

Yes, you need further medical attention. Considering the fact that you had a head trauma, you have nausea, headache and you had concussion before, you have to go to the Emergency Room and consult a neurologist.
