What Causes Nausea And Spotting?

Hi...i m 30 years and i got married 2 months before.... Last month before menses date i had experienced vomitings time to time then my menses date came... First day only 2-3 drops came...second day short bleeding came with timr intervals and then bleeding/drops stop... And the vomiting period continues and now only nauzea feeling... I just want to know is this a sign of pregnancy or what? Please guide me... Thankeww

ya this can be a sign of pregnancy. you can check on test kit by urine drops because its almost around 2 months that you have not menstruated well. if you have conceived it will appear on kit.
